Furthermore featured in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
